Meet The Partners
Joyce
Was the inspiration for, and the initial tester of the Project. She has worked in child development for the last 35 years, and brings common sense, general know-how, and a creative mind to the Project. She is passionate about the Project and enjoys working with people to meet their health and nutrition goals. Her other interests include paper-crafts, writing, gardening, reading, self-improvement, and church.
Robert
Was the creator of the idea for the Project. He is a trained civil engineer and has worked at numerous types of professions through the years. He is our resident tech-guy, handy-man, researcher, and jack-of-all-trades. His attention to detail, and integrity for the job at hand makes him an invaluable member of the partnership. His other interests include working on his boat, world and war history, particularly the American Civil War and World War II, and wood-working.
Jillian
Has been cooking and learning about food in all of it's guises for the last 16 years. She brings 7 years of professional training and restaurant experience to the Project. She trained and graduated top of her class at the renowned French Culinary Institute of New York City and works to marry her classical training and techniques with a more health and nutrition-minded philosophy. She loves to teach and attempts to instill her passion for her subject into every class. Her other interests include Taekwon Do, swing dancing, running, quilting, crocheting, reading, and of course, cooking.
Lee
has proven herself to be the go-to person in the group, if an odd job needs to be done; she is the one to do it. She is an accomplished artist and designs all of the logos and graphics for the Project. She also assists with tech-related tasks, and general upkeep. Her interests include painting, drawing, sewing, gardening, and playing with her puppy dog, Zonda.
